I have 5.5 years of full time experience and 4 years of part time experience in India in the same field. Can I submit the H1b application with the experience letters I got out of my work experience? I am ok to get them validated from the authority that USCIS suggests.
Besides I am also studying graduation program and finished 3 semesters coursework. Am I qualified to apply for H1b?
