Salary cap for part time h1b

Question

I am getting paid 23.55 per hour on my H1b status. My working hour shows 20+ on my h1b petition.
Can my employer legally pay me a wage of $3500 monthly which is 35 hours of work per week?
What is the salary cap for my part time h1b?

Well, there is no salary cap as such I must say.

if there is a significant change you may need tile an amended H-1B . Ask your employer not to  exceed the prevailing wage.
