My husband's H1b expired and we are forced to leave US though he has Colon cancer stage4. He has been taking chemotherapy treatment drug which is too expensive and not readily available in my country. Will he be allowed to stay in US somehow for his treatment? He is also trying to apply for GC from his employer.
