I am planning to start an online business. I found out that H1B visa holder is eligible to start a company but cant work actively in the company and not participate in any of the company proceedings.
Also, I am not eligible to take pay check, but can get return on investment.

1.can you give me more information on what should I do?
2. Does this affect my GC processing
3. If its not valid, is there a loop hole where i can recieve earnings?
4. we file taxes annually, but can I get remuneration for my investments after the taxes?

If you are a passive investor in your own company, then you will be eligible to get remunerations on h1b visa.
Though you can't get pay checks, you can do it through dividends and distributions based on your business structure.
