Confusion with multiple H1b being processed

Question

I have h1b applied through employer1 and employer2. However, i have decided to join employer2 now.
1. if employer1 visa approves and i dont join employer1, instead join employer2, then will my status be invalid?
2. If employr2 petition is rejected, can i join back employer1 by transfering to h1b visa from employer1 to employer2?employer2 has approved
