I have my Extended OPT EAD valid till november.
Company A has filed my H1b and it is selected in the lottery. It is in standard processing.
Now company B is wiling to hire me fulltime. Now
a. Do I have to wait until the visa is approved or can I file for h1b new/transfer with company B.
b. Can I change my processing from standard to premium and then file for transfer after it has been approved.
c. Can I file for H1b transfer before its start date?
