i am currentlly looking for a job and i have my visa extesnion filling due next month, i was wondering what would happen if i file for the extension(Cap Extempt) and find a new position which will lead to visa transfer process.
can i get the extension done or it will be stopped and new process has to begin or wud the extension go on side y side and transfer on the other side?
i would really appreciate if you can please throw some light on the process so i ca handle my situation better,
can anyone answer this ?
