If employer can't share the reciept number how can I cancel H1b visa?

My h1b visa was approved by employr and was approved. I want to continue on L1 visa.
But my employer didnt share reciept number. How can i cancel h1b before october 1

You cannot. Only the employer who filed the H-1B petition can request the withdrawal of petition.
