I have a stamped Visa till 12/31/2015 With Emloyer A. I have transferred to Employer B on April 2015. My current I-797 is valid till April 26, 2016. I have applied for visa extention which was approved and valid from 27th April 2016. I have to travel india During Feb and returning on March. If i have to go for stamping during the India Visit, Which I -797 I have to go for Visa stamping and how long I will get.
