Being on h1b will I have any trouble to be charged of disturbing peace?

I am on H1b visa valid till 2014. I am pleading no contest to charge of disturbing the peace.
WIll I have issues in renewing my visa in the future?

Probably not but any attorney will need to review the certified copy of your Court record to advise you for sure.
