WIll I face any trouble if I join employer 90 days after h1b transfer?

Question

I work for company1 on H1b which is valid till Dec 2013. I got another offer from company2 and applied for h1b transfer

I got the transfer approved in April, but didnt join the company.

 

Now I want to join company2 in Jul 2013 which is 90 days after h1b got approved from that company.

 

Will I be able to join that way? My h1b extensions and GC processing will also be affecting is it?

I am not having pay stubs from company2, so will 30 day/60 day rule of H1b apply to me?
