This is Rahul, I work for an IT firm in Chicago on H1B visa and planning to get married this April in India .My fiancee works in New York. Currently she is on OPT(F1 Visa) which is going to be expired this June 20th 2016 and she will be filing h1B with here current employer on April.
Here are my questions can you please advise so we can plan accordingly?
Can she travel outside of United states in April with only 3 months of Opt?
Can she move out of this country when h1B is progress?
Will there be an immigrations issues on arrival?
What would be best option for her in terms to H1 filing/ returning from India to US as dependent?
