Can someone give me the names of Universities in East Coast which gives out CPT from first semester?

I need some recommendations and names of good Universities in East Coast (New England Area) NY,NJ,CT,MA area which approves CPT from first semester.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.

Also, any recomendations/feedback about Goldey Beacom College?

Giving cpt from first sem is illegal. We won`t suggest you to go through this path.
