In March 2013, I got my L1 from current employer stamped and travelled for 3 weeks to Chicago. After that I got my H1B stamped through different employer. My wife and son also got their dependent visas stamped. I have not yet travelled using H1B. Now my current employer wants me to go and work in Chicago through L1 for 2 years.
Will there be any issue of having both L1 and H1B and using L1 to go to USA and work for current employer?
Will there be any problem for my familily to get L2 visas while already having H4 visa stamped. Will my H1 be cancled if I travel through L1?
