My H1B visa is expired during 2nd week of Oct 2013. Extension was filed during last week of Sep 2013 and wich is currenltly in Initial Review status.
My current position with the company will be completed by Mid of December, Is it possible to swich job in this case? Please suggest best way to swicth job in this case.
