Is it possible to maintain 2 H1b's from different employers at the same time and get paid for both?

I am having 2 approved H1b from different employers and I can adjust my working hours and manage with two jobs parallely. Is that legal to get paid from both the jobs at the same time on H1b and what if I go out of the country for stamping,should I need to get stamping separately for both the employers?

Yes and yes. You can definitely apply concurrent H1B employment and is perfectly legal for this. If it is approved from each employer, then it is legal.
