I am on L1 visa and working for company1 who decided to file H1b through premium processing this year.
USCIS will send out their decision in 15 days or so. I am also looking for another company2 which is ready to sponsor my h1b asap.
Question: if USCIS gets 2 different petitions, what will it happen?
Will they disregard the petition filed 2nd time? or do I have a choice to select?
