hi, I was in US from 2010 May till 2013 March on L1B visa. I left US after that and came back in Jun 2014 on h1b visa which was applied in 2013 quota. I hear that I can stay here only for another 3 years and not 6 thoguh I was out of country for more than a year because the different between my L1B expiration date (2013 March) and H1B visa application date (2013 Apr) is not one year. Is this correct?
