Currently I am working for employer A and they initiated H1B for me in April 2013 and got approved in Sept-30,2013.
Petition approved date:
Sept-30,2013
Petition End date:
Sept-30,2014
I may have the project requirement only on June/July,2014.What is my doubt is that 'how can I calculate the length of stay in US if I get extension for 1 or 2 years'.
That is what will be my H1B start date?
From the day my H1B petition is approved? or The day when my H1B visa is stamped? or The day When I enter the US on H1B?
