My company is getting an employee for 6 months probabtionary to USA and depending upon his performance, they are planning to extend his stay for a year or two. So, what if the guy comes on H1B and return back after 6 months without having to stay for 3 years? Is there any minimum amount of days he needs to stay if he comes on H1B visa?
