my h1 starts on oct 1st 2014, my current employer has been running the payroll under his sister company. However I got an offer from the mid vendor itself for the same job with the h1 transfer, in case I switch to the vendor, does not having the current employer payroll affect my h1 petition in anyway? can I submit my current employer's sister company paystubs instead?
