My Case:
Hi, I have filled two H1-B petitions and Both got picked. One is from my Employer(A) and Other is from Middle vendor/layer(B) for the same position at same Client. As both got picked for the Same position from different Employers I'm confused what steps to be taken further.
Note: From Employer(A) I got my STEM-OPT Extension approved and I'm currently on 12 months OPT period.
In this Situation what should I do now?
