H1B Approval- filed by my company- currently awaiting petition

my h1b application has been filed by my organisation which is a well known MNC. As per the latest update, my petition is still under review by USCIS. It has cleared the lottery stage and they have asked for RFE once which has been provided. What are the chances of approval in this scenario? Can people comment on this based on their experiences?

It will be 3320 for the H1B application isetlf. The attorney is my professor's friend's friend. I did not ask about the attorney fee yet. I am thinking to look for another Chinese attorney, but I already talked with the attorney about details... I even paid 125 consultation fee...it's normally free.... I think the attorney fee will be very high... It's my professor's friend and he is just nice to try to help me. I will think about a Chinese attorney.Thank you so much!!!
