Does changing job has any effect on H1b as my company has filed forPREM?

I am currently working with a company and hold an H1B. My H1B was prepared only for my current workplace. My new job includes different language programming. My PREM had specificaitons of languages mentioned on them. My new job requires something that is not there on my PREM. Will this have any effect on my H1B?
