Does working for a company when already applied for another H1B with another compnay has any legal issues?

Am currently working with a company A and hold a valid H1B. I got a job in another company B. Company B has applied for H1B transfer premium processing. I want to continue working with company A. Will there be a problem if I continue working with company A?

Inform company B that you are not willing to work with them. When company B applies for H1B transfer then you working with company A becomes unauthorized.
