I am currently on L1B with employer A. Soon am going to start working with employer B as they have already applied for my H1B visa. Now my current employer is ready to transfer my new H1B from employer B. Will there be any issues as I am not going to work with employer B? Will he withdraw my H1B as he might think employer A is transferring H1B?Moreover I only have a petition copy from employer B, what can be done to transfer the H1B without needing the original petition copy from employer B? Will this have any impact on my USCIS records as am switching the employers?

You need to check the employment agreement with employer A and talk to the lawyer of employer A to get a clear idea of this. Though an approval notice from previous employer will be good to go.
