L1 to H1B transfer - approval petition misplaced - Next steps on same

Hi,
I had applied for L1 to H1B transfer. it was approved in 2009.. I somehow misplaced the approval notice.Is there anyway to get the duplicate copy of same? how do I know, if it is still valid?
