Will withdrawing H1B petition have any impact on my future visa applications?

I had applied for H1B visa and recieved RFE, my employer is unable to respond. Am asking my employer to withdraw the petition but am unsure if this will have any impact on my future applications for F1/H1 visas?

You can anytime ask your employer to withdraw the petition and this will have zero impact on your future visa applications. This will definately affect your employer and not you since H1B is employer's visa and not yours.
