My employer is not withdrawing my H1B petition request on repeated requests

What shall I do when my employer is not withdrawing my H1B petition request. I have requested him several times in writing and verbally. Whom shall I contact and what shall I do in this case?

It is the employer who decides to withdraw the petition or not. You can write to USCIS and seek their help. But at the end its the employer's decision.
