I am on H1-B visa. I have an offer letter from a prospective employer stating the employer will bear the expense of transferring my H1-B visa.

During this time, if i plan to  leave the company anytime during the H1-B transfer process or prior to 2 years of service, I will have to reimburse the H1-B expenses as permitted by immigration laws?

What kind of expenses can the employer ask to reimbursement for H1-B petition as per the immigration laws?

The employer is responsible for paying certain fees involved in the H-1B process, including USCIS filing fees.
