I had to return India for some inevitable reasons. I hold a valid H1B visa. My employer wil continue paying me a part of the salary that I was getting in US. Do I need to pay taxes? How will I get paid? Will LCA applies as I am in India?

You need to check with Company's attorney. US immigration law applies only in US.
