I had my H1B -2007 cap, I stayed in US for 5 yrs and 5 months. After this 5 yrs and 5 months I stayed out of US. Now I am planning to apply H1B extension not subjected cap for left over period(7 months) in 2007 cap. Now H1B clock reset. I mean Can I get fresh 6 yrs period

did you get the H1b extended after 3 years? Did the employer cancel the visa when there was no more job in the U.S.?
