Leaving kids in US with wife (dependents) who are on h1b and going alone out of US for stamping

I have transferred my H1B from one company to another.

Myy Visa stamping is valid till Sep2013. Is it fine if I go alone to India for Visa stamping again and leave my H4 Dependents in US with my spouse who is on H1B. Will they question why the dependents left in US?

It should be OK if your h1B employment continues.
