I have RFE on my H1b visa and now client is changed, so what will be my status

Question

I have LCA with client1 when I worked with them on H1b. Later, I recieved RFE for WO, PO , milestones, employer relationship etc.

 

However, client1 project is done and i need to look for another client. THey asked me to report to client 2 where RFE should be sent again.

 

Is it feasible to file a new LCA with client2 and respond to RFE with all details from Client2?

What are the chances of approval from USCIS?

Are there any alternative options?

You can talk to the employer's attorney and ask this question for free. You can then consult with an independent attorney for a second opinion on this VERY SPECIFIC and not general question relating to you case. That will probably not be free. I hope you can afford a consultation fee on your H1B salary.
