My graduation was done and I joined a consulting company so I can have a file on H1b for 2014 on April 1st.
Later I got an RFE for the same. My employer1 is not giving me client letter and rfe was for that employer.

My company is supposed to get MSA from previous client, now I have to try to work this out on my own.
A new client is ready to give me client letter and all the necessary paperwork and my employer's attorney filed the RFE response and new LCA.
Will this be a reason to rejewct my H1b extension?

Can client change during H1B RFE response be grounds for denial? Depends on how the H-1B was filed.

Your employer needs to retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts, advise them, and handle the case.
