I am transfering from b1 to h1b COS with PP. Now I have NOID, so will the response for NOID considered as PP? Should I get response in 15 days?
I checked status my PP hasnt started yet.
Though both company and client responded to USCIS, no response yet.
1. Is NOID considered as PP?
2. Why it might not have started processing?
