Filed for h1b with RFE, should I withdraw h1b or wait for NOID?

Question

My university is not accredited but it is pre-accredited and i have got this RFE while applying for my h1b.
By law it is indicated that the AD quota is for both public and non public schools. My school is a private school and USCIS didnt have emphasis on this.

Is it advisable to withdraw h1b since it is  expected that the result if pushed through will be NOID?

You need to leave this decision to your employer, you can't take this decision.
