Should the degree status be very specific if I am trying to apply for h1b?

Question

I work as creative director for a company in Washington DC and my employer applied h1b for me and currently i am on CAP GAP.
I got RFE that the petition doesnt establish the job requires Bachelor's degree.There is a refernece of "in a specific field of study". What actually does this mean?
I have Sweedish Bachelor's degree in Journalism and US Masters in Film and video.Is that not sufficient>

It must be a degree that is applicable to the duties of the position.
