When I filed for h1b extension, I got RFE

I have applied for H1B extension and got RFE. Now my project is ending and want to move to a new client. Can I apply another h1B extension petition with new client? And also Can I change my employer at the same time?

This gets complicated, since an extension is not always the best option in these situations.

Take an attorney's help to do this.
