My h1b is revoked now, what are my options

My h1b was withdrawn in Jun 2013, and have another part time h1b from companyB. Now, another company is ready for filing full time h1b petition for me.

Will I be out of status during my job switch since I am on part time h1b. What would be its consequences?

No, you wont loose status.
