How can I revoke a 2013 H1B petition that isn't approved yet?

My petitioner does not want to revoke my H1B petition yet. I am not able to go to my home country or come back after October 1st so that certain H1B won't be valid anyways. Do I have any options left to stay in L1 status? I do have my receipt number so is it possible for me to apply by myself to the USCIS for a revocation? It would be appreciated if I could get an answer as soon as possible.

That is not allowed. All H1B petitions are owned by the employer and only the employer can revoke that petition. The good news is you are worrying for nothing. The only thing you will need to do is ignore your H1B and your status will stay the same. An H1B status will not be considered until a foreign national beneficiary confirms that status by getting on the payroll of the employer who made that petition, not before or after.
