OPT holder recently had H1b transfer

Question

I work on OPT which is till Jul 2014. I got h1b through an employer, but my client location is changed. My employer is filing LCA and h1b amendment for new client location, also i am currently working in new client place.

Is it ok if employer will file LCA and amendment to new client after October 1 as my h1b is based on previous client location?
Or
should i request employer to file LCA and amendment before Oct 1?
