Will USCIS deny my h1b transfer applications because I had arrest records?

An H-1B transfer application was submitted on my behalf 5 months ago but I still didn't hear anything. I am worried because I have an arrest record. Does USCIS deny H-1B transfer applications because of arrest records?

Well, it depends on the arrest record, why you were arrested, what is in your records etc.
You should be talking to the attorney who handles H1b visa.
Later you can show your arrest record if you haven't done that.
