I have trouble as my current employer is stating that he will revoke my H1B and I also found a new employer. What way can I transfer my H1B cap to my new employer? Will I have to resend the documents to the USCIS? I currently have an F1 and I am waiting for my H1B to be valid on October 1st.

You should first be prepared to file an I-539 to request a change of status from H1B to B2. Tell your employer who is terminating your employment that you have enough money to take care of yourself and you would like to have some more time to find a new job so you can port your H1B  and have time to get out of there.

It is pretty easy to switch your H1B to another employer. Your new lawyer can help you file an H1B change for your employer petition. Once the position is received, and your job is as close to your H1B job you had before then you can start your job with your new employer.
