postponing h1b status effective date

Question

Being currently on f1 visa, my h1b is approved and on the way to change my status. If I continue my studies instead of working, I can finish study part time.

Is it possible to push the effective date of h1b status to 12/11 and as well keep my f1 status as well?

You will be out of status from the very first working day you did not start working for the employer.
