Switching h1b while still on OPT

My h1b for employerA is approved. I got another job from employerB and they want me to join from Aug 2013.
Is it possible to change the employer before h1b period?

You school should approve your change in your training employer .
Your employer B will have to apply for a h1b before you can start workng with them.
