I am on student visa and working on OPT. I have H1b approved and will be starting from 1 Oct 2016. Now as my current company circumstances changes and I will have to find a new job before my H1b period starts (1 Oct '16). Can I legally change the job? Will that be a H1b transfer? or new employer have to apply again?
