h1b approved, currently on OPT, Is change of employer feasible?

Employer1 has filed my h1b visa and it is approved now. I am still on my OPT.
I got another job with Employer2. Is it possible to change my jobs now even before my h1b start date?

You must be having an EAD or your new compnay should file for h1b
You can be cap exempt though
