Is it possible to travel to Puerto rico when I h1b is still under process? I have valid OPT btw.

My opt is valid until November 2014 but it expires in January 2014. H1b processing is still in progress through an employer. I was trying to go for a trip to Puerto Rico. Is that legal?

It is always risky to travel outside of US. But Puerto rico is well within USA, so go ahead and enjoy!
