I have applied for asylum and I am having a valid h1b visa. But my request was rejected after they interviewed me. If I do not want to continue in court, can I still stay back on H1b visa or will I be deported?

No, you dont have to be deported. If you have your valid h1b status, then you can simply stay here on the basis of your h1b.
